Do you winter in Baja & summer elsewhere? Perhaps you just need peace of mind knowing your Baja home is safe and secure while you’re on vacation. Leave that to us. 

  • $80/month for ONLY weekly inspections and security checks 

  • Maintenance fees $15/hour for clients & $20/hour for non-clients 

  • Pool & hot tub balancing - sliding scale based on frequency of checks

    • Providing emergency repairs: Our caretaking services include a 24/7 emergency line to handle any situations that might arise whether it’s a maintenance issue or a guest locking themselves out of their rental.

    • Keeping records: We provide an open dialogue with our homeowners about maintenance issues as they arise, while they are being dealt with and how they were resolved.
